Terms of Sale

Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of premium subscriptions offered by LECLERCQ Anthony (Sole Proprietor), publisher of BettingTracker, accessible at https://www.bettingtracker.net. Any subscription to a paid plan implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Plans and Pricing

BettingTracker offers three service tiers:

Pricing (incl. tax)

Free Trial

The Pro subscription includes a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have access to all Pro features. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. No payment is charged during the trial period.

Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed by the following providers. BettingTracker does not store any banking information.

• Stripe — Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• PayPal — PayPal account
• Skrill — E-wallet
• Paysafecard — Prepaid card

Renewal and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are commitment-free and automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or yearly). The corresponding amount is automatically charged at each renewal. In accordance with French consumer law (Loi Chatel), you will be notified by email before each renewal of your option to cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, without fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to premium features until the end of that period. After expiration, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that immediate access to the service constitutes the beginning of performance and that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

In case of cancellation during a billing period, no pro-rata refund is issued for the current period. However, you retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. In case of a technical issue preventing access to the service for an extended duration, a credit or pro-rata refund may be granted upon request at contact@bettingtracker.net.

Liability

BettingTracker is a tracking and analysis tool. It does not constitute sports betting advice and does not guarantee any financial results. Livescore and automatic results data are provided for informational purposes only. BettingTracker cannot be held liable for financial losses related to the user's sports betting activity.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
